Mr. Fischer led the situational awareness and visualization design initiative that contributed to Channel Logistics winning the IEEE Corporate Innovation Award. Channel Logistics’ industry leading geospatial viewer provides computer assisted situation awareness of commercial maritime shipping. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Kutztown University of Pennsylvania with strong application development skills for Simulation, Modeling Human Opinion Flow using Boids Algorithm and other artificial intelligence models using C++, QT, JAVA, Eclipse IDE FLEX, BISON (Lexicographical Analysis Engine), C, GDB among other technologies. He has been active in CATE™ System enhancements to support a SaaS model and is leading the next generation CATE™ technology development effort addressing supply chain security.
Stephen Poserina Development Operations Leader has substantial experience in software development and system engineering operations.
